CLAUSE 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the rug Creative workshop ("Workshop") organized and conducted by [Workshop Host's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Host."
I fully understand and accept that participating in the Workshop involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, the use of rug-making tools, and exposure to potential allergens. I acknowledge that these risks are an integral part of the Workshop experience.
CLAUSE 2. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RELEASE:
I grant the Host, and its representatives, and assign the unrestricted right to take photographs and videos of me during the Workshop. I understand that the Host may use these images for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes, without further consent or compensation. I waive any claims or rights to these images and videos.
CLAUSE 3. USE OF RUG-MAKING TOOLS:
I understand that during the Workshop, I may have access to rug-making tools, including but not limited to a rug gun. I acknowledge that the Host provides instructions and guidance on the safe use of these tools. I assume full responsibility for using these tools correctly and safely. I release the Host from any liability for any injury, harm, or damage resulting from my use of these tools.
CLAUSE 4. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Workshop, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Host, its employees, volunteers, and any third parties acting under the Host's authority from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind, whether in law or equity, arising out of or related to my participation in the Workshop.
CLAUSE 5. INDEMNIFICATION:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the Workshop or any breach of this Agreement
CLAUSE 6. CANNABIS CONSUMPTION:
I acknowledge that cannabis may be provided at the Workshop for participants of legal drinking age. I will consume cannabis responsibly and in moderation. I understand that the Host and its representatives will not be responsible for any adverse consequences, including injury, illness, or property damage, resulting from my alcohol consumption.
